I just got backk into rugby. Since i was young i've been able to just pop my shoulder out. But if i get hit in rugby my shoulder can pop out and that hurts. So basically i'm asking for some training, mainly with dumbells or nothing, which will help to strengthen my joints especially my shoulder sockets.
Well, there are ways that I know of to help strengthen your shoulder MUSCLES but not your joints, not unless thats what you mean.
