My husband told me about a shoulder exercise he did. It sounds like it would have great results. Weighted arm circles (put your arms straight out to the sides of you, like lat raises, use a light weight and do small arm circles) He said it gave him a great burn. I think I will try it next time I do shoulders.
ice_man is right, be very careful not to over do it. I sometimes do those as a warmup for shoulder and chest day. I'm a pretty big guy and I never go higher that 10 lbs. Keep it lite.
