shoulder or neck injury?

i ahve injuried my shoulder musle between my shoulder and my neck mabye its my neck bout 8 months ago i do really lite work out on that area but still hurts lots any sugestions how to avoind and fix this injury

see a doctor and get it checked 8 months is way to long man....could be something serious...
