Shoulder Popped Out

About 2 years ago I injured myself skateboarding and completely pulled my shoulder out. I never saw a doctor or anything (I know this was dumb) and the pain eventually went away and I barely noticed it unless I really extended myself.

Well last night I was playing volleyball and went for a hard dig and overextended it and pulled it out again. I put it right back in and the pain was NOTHING compared to the first time it happened. I just had a little discomfort. Now this morning it feels sore, almost like I had an intense shoulder workout.

My question to everyone is do I really need to see a doctor about this? I'm active in tennis, aikido and volleyball and this is the first time in 2 years that it has happened. Just wanted to see what you guys thought about it.

Thanks!
