Hey,
im having a problem with one of my shoulders is popin when i am doin military press workout so..u think i need to replace that workout so..i can get my shoulder fixed??? and i found a post on here with some1 say they did some
rotor cuff exercises so..i wanna know if u can put up some exercises that i can try and see if that will fixed my problem with my shoulder :(

A search on "rotator cuff" turns up quite a bit. One thing to check first though is your form and whether or not it does it all the time or just when you start the set. You don't say anything about pain??? so there are a couple of (actually several) possibilities.

i got the form right but i do have little pain but it go away after the workout but when i lift my arm over my head it will pop too but i am goin to try to see a dr next week about it to be on a safe side

popping is not in itself bad... if it's painful then you should worry...

i forgot about this post!!!LOL, yea popping isnt that bad but it will start put on some pain then after im done workin out it will go away but right now i havent been doin any shoulder press workouts so..i been doin other shoulder workouts to get my shoulders more build for the shoulder press whatever

Try a different way, Like arnold presses somthing like that. believe it or not, behind th eback mil. hurt my shoulder less? go figure.
