I am experienceing a pain around the shouder joint near the rotator cuff i think. It isnt constant but sometimes ill get a small pain in the area. Also i sometimes get a craking sound from it, like when you crack an elbow or figers but not that loud. That causes no distress or pain but. It isnt a pain more like a tingle or a sharp poke. I plan on taking a week of the gym on the shoulder, and all upper body workouts and turn my focus to other points. Is this wise? will i loose much muslce power or performance if i still eat the same amount of food and protein. Also is a week enough to usually take out aggrivated joints like this? Also is it wise to do pushups, reverse arm pullups and lying forearm excerises with the aggrivated muscle? will this aggrivate it further or perhaps help the healing time even if i feel a slight jab while doing it? Any other information would be helpful i want to get back to the gym asap and loose as little as possible in terms of strength and appearance.
