Try working your shoulders on your chest day, along with triceps. You will get some nice curves on your shoulders, and triceps. Assuming you don't have alot of fatty tissue.

If I worked arms, shoulders and chest on the same day, I'd be puking my guts out--and would end up not finishing. Would depend on your level of training I guess. When I was a newb, I worked upper body one day, legs the next. 3 sets each part. Those were the days . . .

Eric, if you work everything once a week, wI would suggest working arms separate from chest and/or shoulders--that way arms get a light workout and a hard one. I work arms together on same day so I can superset them and blast upper arms into an outrageous pump. Experiment.

Please fill in your profile. You do not state your level of training, so kind of hard to make recommendations to you. Help us help you. Stormcrow is exactly right when he says depends on your level of training, and also on your goals.

As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.
