Okay I've kept in shape ever since i was little and i've always have had very broad shoulders and between playing hockey at a semi pro level and working out they are pretty fit but i just cant seem to make that jump to get the to a level of what i'm looking for. i'm trying to get the whole look of having big shoulders (if that makes sense) the traps, neck, all of it just trying to get a total brick shit house look ( to quote my father ) if anyone has any tips please let me know i'm willing to try almost anything.

you're willing to try anything? well, how about lifting weights? i've been using some of the exercises on this page for my delts and they're looking pretty good...
