First, What are Russian presses? Second, How do you do them? I read some of the posts and it still isn't clear. Could someone please give more detail?

Sit on the ground with your legs out in front of you, spread slightly. Pick up 2 dumbells and press them as you would if sitting on the military bench. It feels great! A little awkward at first, but as you get used to it you may find you really like it. I have. It can be performed standing or seated with a barbell as well. Good luck.
