I just got over a two week virus where i couldn't eat or anything to my advantage besides sleep. Now that i'm feeling better i want to get back into lifting, how should i go about doing this.
Start a little more slowly than normal. Take more time for warm up and cool down, and don't push yourself too hard, otherwise you may stress your body too much and get sick again. Work your way into it, and you should be at normal level within a week. IMO
