I am fairly new to toning/losing weight programs- was doing well but on the 2nd week in to my 'routine' I got really sick- now have been out 2wks and am going back for the first time today- should I start the 8 wk program over? if so how would I do that (routine set on day 2day on this site). I would start over as since you didn't get very far in. Also, to restart I believe all you do is simply redo your profile...
Go to Exercise Program, select Customize and Manage your workouts, and select reset your profile screens. It might be a little different on the "Free" freetrainers, that is how I do it on the Professional one.
