if you wanna lose them, diet is the key,
I do some side bends, hold some weights in your hands while standing, now bend sideways so you effectively are lowering the weight to just below where your knee is, back up and bend to the other side.
have a look at the FT recourses page, they got some good exercises thee for the abs and sides
good luck

Yeah, nothing will actually target and burn the fat from your love handles. This is impossible. You can do exercises such as mentioned above, and twists, torso rotations, etc, but these will mainly be working your obliques and intercostals, not burning fat(other than more overall calories burnt in your workout).

yea, if you buld muscle under fat.. you'll look like me... just big
Build muscle under fat, just make fat stick out more, and make you look "thicker" :dumbbell:

i am not totally agree...
i think doing side excercises will help you tone up. flaccidity is caused by lack of muscle activity if i may say.
YES IT DOESNT MAKES YOU LOSE FAT, but it will help you lose those unwanted wheels. plus, the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn.
Dont you think?

You cannot target fat. Proper diet will obliterate your fat(calorie deficit) while keeping protein high to protect lean tissue.
While it is true that more lean mass increases metabolic rate, if you do not change your diet, you will still not lose any of the fat you have. BA is absolutely right, you will look thicker.

think about it, 1in of muscle under 2in of fat....where the fat gonna go? out.....now you have 1in of muscle under two inches of fat....now that fat sticks out another inch.
