I did gymnastics from the age of 3 to 13 and had a great body for someone so young (so modest :D). Unfortunately i got addicted to the computer and my firm pecs and abs turned slightly more to flab. I wouldnt call myself fat but i'm no way near as firm as i used to be. Now im fighting the fat though!
More to the point..
I've started to do an hour on the treadmill daily (fast walk) and i do all sorts of dumbell exercises for my arms. I also do situps for my abs. But to exercise my pecs im having problems - i've pretty much cut out all junkfood in my diet so i cant blame it on that, so im now wondering how i can firm my pecs with dumbells.
