Could someone lay out a simple plan of when and when not to take MRP's, protien shakes, creatine, etc...
Example - I hear the MRP post work outs are not recommended but protein shakes are... just when I think I have things straightened out, I hear something new.
take protein shake right after work out with in 30 minutes. Use the mrp's for snacks. good Luck - Mike
