I filled out the exercise profile and stated that I only have free weights available to me (training at home with dumbells and no machines/bench - just dumbbells and barbell) but I've been given a routine with a number of machines(especially the ones for working your legs). How do I get round this problem? - I really dont want to do the home training option as I tailored my original workout to suit me (home training doesnt let me specify muscle and weight gain instead of toning for example). Alternatively if there was a way to swap the exercises for similar ones, that'd do. Please Help!!!
