I work my abs each day I work out (5 or 6 days a week) Is this too much? My six-pac is there but I sure would like to see more definition. Body fat is somewhere between 5 and 9%.

Hmmm..
at 5% your abs should be very near max definition; however at 9% they can be far off. What is your diet? cause you may be simply holding some water.

I train my abs 6 days a week...and I can't see it any other way...I also do cardio and keep my meals as close to fat free as possible...other than that I try to vary my exercises and routines every 5 weeks or so.

Try adding resistance to you routine. Incline weighted sit ups. Just like all other muscle to get them bigger you have to ad resistance.

do 15-20 reps of each ab workout..because now you need to thicken your ab muscles.. I have about 15% bodyfat and have deeply cut six-pacs with most of my intercostals showing..that is because my abs are thick enough and even if the stomach muscles grow out, they won't be as big as you think, they will just bulge alittle outwards and show great cuts, especially with a 5%b.f.

Thanks for the advice. I'll add more resistance and let you know my progress... I guess I'm putting in enough time - I just need to crank up the intensity to get the definition I'm after.
