im trying to get a six-pack but i cant find many exercises to do that dont require machines. I mainly jus do weighted crunches, reverse crunches, and side bends. is it alright if i just do these exercises maybe twice in a workout???

Weighted leg raises are good as well. Just put a dumbell between your feet. Diet is whats gonna make them show.

i dont understand how this is done. i have tryed this and it wont fit around my ankles and plates end up falling off. the only way i could acomplish this is through incline leg raises and i dont have a bench that i could use for that
