m a 15 year old boy, and id really like to have a six-pack (or make it more obvious)
Im about 172, and my weight is 51 kilos, is there any exercise that REALLY trains the abs, so i can get the pack fast?
I agree with TimDay and krtaylor with the exception that nothing comes fast that doesn't go away fast too. Time, time, time and proper exercise and diet is what will get that six pack going.
