Hi! My name is Leandra. I am new to this site... my main squeeze has been telling me about it for over a year. I am one of those people who really WANTS to lose weight, but i sabotage myself every time! I get SO CLOSE, and then I get lazy again. I don't have a billion pounds to lose, probably less than 20, but I find it SO HARD to KEEP IT GOING! (My weakness is eating!) I don't mind exercising; I love it! I have a really hard time eating a great diet.
I look forward to sharing advice and learning NEW strategies to become successful!

Great to have you here, Leandra! Split your eating up into more smaller meals, that may help with hunger, and just start making small changes each day or week, give yourself some easy goals to implement and just keep going! Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy, but you seem to know what you need to do, now you just need to get serious about it! Good luck to you and welcome to FT!!
