Can weight lifting or exercise in general cause dry skin on the face?

i suppose it could especially if you're dehydrated and not drinking enough water during workouts... but since it is winter time.. people tend to have drier skin now...

Thanks for the response. My wife has been working out with me in the mornings and since she started she has been getting dry skin on her face.
I will try to get her to drink more water.

hey bro.... working out most probably has nothing to do with skin care..it's probably the weather or deydration that's all...where I'm at the weather is pretty hot and that causes skin problems not to mention the water we use here in saudi...which usually comes in straight from the sea as salty as it could ever get.

Yes if you start lacking nutrients like vitamin E And make sure to wash your face after you work out to get the sweat of it which can also dry your skin.
