Ok so I have lost 45lbs.. went from 175to 130lbs over the past year. From size 10 to 1/2... I have lowered my cardio to 1/2 a day & then weight, lots of weights...My skin is slowly starting to tighten and I am starting to look toned. Is there anything I can do to really increase this process..and really tone up quickly???
First off - congrats on the weight loss - that is awesome! Skin firming/loose skin, etc has been covered a lot here - try a fit buddy search and do some reading, lots of suggestions and tips.
