Hi kraftwerk, welcome to FT! First of all, congratulations on setting your goals and signing up for the gym :dumbbell:
Now you would have to sign up for one of the workout programs from the FT database or start your own dependig on your specific goals (I would suggest filling your profile)
Now about the diet and caloric intake, you definitely need to eat more than what you are used to, try to eat 500 calories more, and try to eat more protein & carbs.
