I am 20 lbs. underweight naturally. I hate it, I've tried everything from grossly over eating to weight gain shakes. The most I ever put on was 3-4 lbs. and it goes away much quicker than it came. I need some real tips on how to put on 20+ lbs. safely in a moderate to quick fashion. Please someone help me cure my dilema.
Hi pretee and welcome to freetrainers. You can get yourself well on your way by starting a weoght training program on here and that will help you gain. You also have to eat right in order to put on lean mass.
