Been, working out forever and have tried everything from eating 8 meals a day to creatine and protein pills. I've been researching this 12 week program by Anthony Ellis who claims can help you gain 40lbs in 12 weeks using his program. It's a progam designed for skinny guys like me(6'3" and 185lbs) with fast metabolisms, only problem is the it costs $100 for the book, is it worth it? Or should I just figure out how to gain weight on my own?

Don't know the book but it's sure that he'll ask you to buy some good quality weight gainers so use your money of that instead.........

The book is probably not worth it. Information can be found for free. and how long is "forever"? If you have been training for a long period of time with no gains then you are doing somthing wrong. Time to bump up the intensity and quit looking for quick fixes.

just my 2 cents
