I like some seated barbell tricep extensions too.. but then arnold I think said in another post somewhere that close grip presses are supposed to be great too.. you can try various things.. that is if they don't stray too far from your current program and you don't slip into overtraining your arms...

Hey J, How are both sides of the shoe going? The outer part of my arm is developed like crazy, but the inside didn't do too well.

WELL NOW THAT YOU MENTIONED IT THE OUTSIDE OF THE ARM LOOKS AWESOME BUT THE INSIDE KIND OF LOOKS FLAT HOW SHOULD IT LOOK ACTUALLY...........
