what muscles should be improved to pick guys in wrestling?

If you are serious about wrestling, and by wrestling I mean REAL wrestling, then think in tems of movements, not muscles. Strengthen groups, not muscles.
Think about which lifts most mimic a shot and lift. the front squat immediately comes to mind, as does the clean and jerk as an excellent athleteic move. In both movements, the load is primarily in front, and must be accelerated through the movement.
As for greco-roman throughs, it is all about the posterior chain. Strengthen the posterior chain as much as possible, this is an area that is lacking in MANY athletes.
For this, I would recommend any form of squats and deadlifts. Lots of deadlifts.
For a lift to a cinch, once again, I would recommend the clean, and possibly the snatch.

another cool move to do would be front lunges...

This is true... Lunges, especially dynamic lunges, imitate the movement of a shot to a lift.
