hi, i'm girl and 19..my recently weight is 43kg and height about 148cm..i am a university student and always busy doing my assignments as well as attending the classes..so i just can sleep about 4 hours..i always sleep from 10pm to 2 or 3 am..then i study and eating..is that bad for my health?:(
and sometimes i get to sleep about 1 hour before i go to the class..i just cant sleep more than that or i will feel sleepy in the class..like oversleep..is that ok for my body process and my metabolic rate? 8 months ago i've started my diet and i lost my weight about 5kg:big_smile:
some1 plz explain something about my question..
