Hi, ive been eating really well the last few months on a gaining mass cycle. Now im trying to "cut" a bit and by doing so making a few slight changes with of course the obvious of taking in less calories and adding cardio. For the most part im eating the same healthy foods however now that im pushing to get more toned would it be much more benficial to switch from the red potato to the sweet potato (i HATE sweet potatoes - but just like oatmeal in the morning which i hate i find it necessary to achieve my goals) - also the same thing with white rice - if i change to brown - do you think it would help me achieve my goals much quicker of getting more ripped/toned up faster?
