I know I would be an excelent trainer for this type of training but I doubt you'll make it to the gym, my workouts require even more rest after such a Workoutathon!:cool:

I have grown accustomed to talk freely because where I'm from I'm always asked if this and that true and rumor has it and etc. At 1st I hated it and it was embarrassing but I learned to turn that around and make comedy of it. I always forget on the Internet that people don't really know me but I feel they do as my locals do because I feel so at home in a place like this. Anyhow please don't take it as bragging even though it seems that way, it's just open coversation that's always tossed at me. Women are way worst then men, give them something good and it's all over China in the papers and news the next day LOL.

If in just our country only there over 1/3 of the people obese then that means there are allot of men out there that can't even look straight down and see their own penis hence sitting around chowing down with not motivation for their own health then they aren't guna be so much motivated for any extent of physical movements. Then there is the just plain selfish persons out there and so on. I shouldn't have put myself out there like I did but I did and I'm not 1 that takes being questioned about my honesty to well let only have my words be twisted as if I were a fool or liar. If you took something to heart, I can guarantee you on my behalf that I intended nothing of the sort. Geez people, why is everyone so damn serious? Can't we all just chill and have a good time, life is too short to get offended and be on the defense all the time.
