i had a baby almost 2 years ago and have lost pretty much all the baby weight and have the same shape. The problem is my butt has gotten smaller and a little more droopier and my waist packed on an inch or 2. I want a small waist, tone my thighs and a bigger, higher butt. somebody help me please!:(

How about some strength training? Contrary to popular belief, you won't end up looking like an amazon, or member of the German Woman's swim team.

sounds like good advice. CLEARLY you know what your talking about. Any specifics that i can maybe incorporate daily? I lead a very busy lifestyle. up at 4:30, work 6-5, pick up baby, cook, clean, play w/ her a little, run errands in bed and pooped by like 10:30.

Get a free program from here for weight loss and toning and tailor it to fit your schedule. I believe the option is available for body weight only exercises which require only you and a willingness to work.

As far as time to do it goes... you have to have 20-30 minutes in that day somewhere that you can squeeze in for just you... I maybe telling myself more with this post.. I have to manage it too!
