Slim upper body; thick lower body...

Hi all! I am very toned and slim in my upper body but tend to be quite thicker in my lower body (butt and thighs). I have a "thicker" butt and thighs and quite thicker looking legs (in comparison to my upper body). I am VERY frustrated due to the fact that I eat healthily and work out 6 days a week. Does this call for a double check on my eating habits, something different at the gym, or I am just doomed? PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks ahead of time!

people tend to store body fat more in certain places than other...those are also the toughest places to shed the body fat from...eventhough you tend to lose body fat ~ same...

try doing lunges, squats, stiff legged deadlifts to trian your butt and legs..

Hey girl. I've always wanted your body shape, be glad and flaunt what you got. Seriously, I've always wanted my body to be slim on the upper half, and thicker on the bottom half. Unlike you, I would be the one asking if there were any way to achieve this. So, any suggestions? And also, menace, I thought those exercises would lift your butt, making them appear bigger? At least that's what exercises everyone is told to do if they want a bigger butt...
