Hello again. I am still new and confused about this dieting and exercise business.. I have figured that my metabolism has slowed imcredibly due to my recent dieting. How can i increase it back to normal without dramatically increasing my calorie intake? Also, what is the minimum calorie intake i can have without putting my body in starvation mode? Any help is appreciated..
Hi crazy_cat.There is a great thread in the diet and nutrition forum that should answer those questions.It's titled "max dietary deficit for fat loss" by bb1fit. There is another one also by bb1 titled "diet thread".Both are lengthy and some of the dialouge is hard to catch at first but it makes alot of sense after a couple of reads.I got a lot of info personally and I recommend anybody read them.Good luck!
