Hello lynneta! Welcome to ft! I've been here about a week and the information has been phenomenal! I have learned to read as much of the message boards as possible before asking a question. More than likely, your answer is in the posts. However, once you have read, feel free to ask any of the moderators specifics or to explain something that you don't understand...they are great and more than willing to help! And...once they tell you something...it's law! If they say eat more...eat more...if they say do less cardio...do less cardio...they know what they are talking about!!!! Hope you get all the answers and meet all the goals you have here!

thank you for the warm welcome. I just got a gym membership and have had My induction. just trying to figure out if Its safe to do cardio and weights in the same day or if I should alternate days. I usually walk, but wanted some variety and toning methods.
