Hi... I dont smoke regularly, but since i am young i go out alot on the weekends, i make sure i get my 8 hours sleep, and i dont drink. I occasionally have one cigarette. I know smoking is very bad, but i was just wondering if one cigarette on a saturday night is going to have a big affect on my gains. I am going through a mass period right now, i am getting to my goals, and i know alot of people who are extremely ripped and smoke alot more than that. I know its bad, all i would like to know is if one once a week for example would affect my gains. Thanx alot guys...

no, smoking doesn't affect your gains at all (as far as i know). if you were trying to lose weight it would make it more difficult (because smoking is bad for your heart) but since your trying to gain then no, it's no problem. 1 cigarette a week is also really little, so don't worry about it so much.
