I'm about 8 weeks into a 12 week mass building program.
I've adjusted my diet the best I can, increasing both caloric and protien intake. In this short period of time, I've gained approx. 20 lbs. When I first started I was 140 lbs., at 5ft 10 thats pretty thin. With that extra 20 lbs. I'm feeling pretty good and have some nice gains.
I've cut back on my smoking, about half pack a day. Finding it very hard to quit all together. I know it's not good for you, but how much is this holding me back?
Coming from an ex-smoker it is hard to say exactly how much it is holding you back. It is indeed holding you back! You see smoking interferes with the oxygen consumption of the muscles and blood. Do yourself a huge favor quit!!! I know its easier said than done. Trust me I know. For your health and well being good luck
