God I missed it.
Did some light work today, 95lbs, 5*4, following pripelin's guidelines.
Felt blocky and my timing was off, but it's good to be back doing my favorite lift.

yup, thats it.
Every tuesday, I do a warm up, and then snatch following said guidelines, working a different percentage and rep range each week. I also throw in hang snatches, etc every now and then.
I will eventually add in cleans once my hand can handle it.
