I need to lose around 10lbs or so...just some stubborn fat around my hips and tummy, maybe 102 inches or so. I did a 30 cleanse which helped me lose a few pounds at least enough to get the ball rolling and now i'm taking Lean System 7.
I exercise regularly..i have a new program every 6 weeks or so that i do three times a week. I'm trying to get in at least a couple of extra days of actual cardio.
do you have any tips for eating? Can I include one day a week to cheat or will this totally mess me all up?
