Ive been working on the 20 min cardio and its doing its work. Not really getting on the scale right now but my clothes are becoming somewhat spacious :) Eleven wks to go for the final analysis. One thing for sure, its so great not to do the hr or 45 mins cardio. Okay not that its not a thing to do for others but I do think after a while the body adjusts and forever it seems we have to put it through a new program. Im not just doing the cardio differently. The eating and workouts have changed as well. Also, I was watching the Strongest man contest last night. OH MY ...........I WAS HOLDING MY BREATH FOR THEM AS THEY LIFTED WHAT NO MAN SHOULD BE LIFTING. The animated Norwayian, Svend Karlson IS AWESOME. What a great fun and aggressive attitude. I didnt get to see who won in the end but he was most impressive. The one thing I did notice, his body was SO JACKED. Compared to the others he looked smaller in bulk but more bodybuilding shape. I believe he was under 300. It was an interesting observation, to see him so fit with muscle as opposed to what looked like a fullness of the muscle. This has nothing to do with anything just that his body was really STRONG AND LEAN as compared to the others. Hence, the body remains such a wonderful machine. Continued success to all with your workouts and keep us all posted. Ciao for now.

Sven is the man!! He's my favorite, I was watching that last night too. They're freaks of nature and science. Great to hear your continued success. I hope you continue to keep up the lifestyle after your eleven weeks is up...I'm sure you will. Good luck. I'm assuming that picture is you and Rocky? Where was that?
