I want to maximize my time at the gym but I find myself still trying to finish my workout after the 2 hour mark. How can I get everything done in an hour?
I don’t take long brakes, however I do take some time stretching. If I was to take an aerobic class for an hour would cover what should be done in a work out? :dumbbell:
I'd be curious to see a breakdown of your workout sessions. If you're keeping your intensity level where it ought to be, you should just about be ready to lay down between 45 minutes and an hour.
