I entered my information into the nutritional planner and was surprised at how many calories it told me to eat. I'm 24 years old, male, 210 pounds, 6'1" (though I don't think it asked for this), don't lose weight easy, and low activity. I said I want to lose weight and it said I should eat 3263 or less calories a day. This seems a little high to me. How are these numbers calculated?
