Okay I am was looking to buy a new creatine and the last time I bought mine there was not as many choices that there are now. So I am looking for what would be the best brand or type of creatine for a 22 year old college student looking to drop some fat and gain muscle. I'm planning on buying nitro-tech protein also if thats not good could i get some suggestions on what to take and if I should take a whey blend or isolate or what not, thanks.

I personally would steer clear of the Nitro-Tech. Just get Whey and add some matlto and dex to it. Wouldn't be real quick to introduce creatine. Wait until you get to a point where you need it. Otherwise you won't really realize the benefits of it. If you do get the creatine though, get CEE.

Creatine Ethyl Ester(CEE) Newer form of creatine that is more easily absorbed, no loading phase required, no water weight gain to speak of.
