Hello All,
I read the posts in here all the time and they are so very informative, everyones knowledge is very much appreciated.
I would just like to tell everyone what I do and what my goals are if anyone has some time could they please read them over and see if I am on the right track please.
Currently I am 6"1 168 lbs. I used to be much skinnier and grew quite a bit in the last 3 years doing a lot of training. Recently I havent been able to get over 170 lbs and would really like to get a bit bigger around 185lbs and still be lean and quick, defined.
My week consists of: Soccer Game Monday Nights (1 hour).. Kung fu Tuesday and Thursday (6:30-9:30ish), Wednesday OFF, Friday OFF, Saturday Occasional Kung Fu class (2 hours, Sunday OFF (occasional Pickup soccer game).
My Kung fu class consists of TONS of pushups! Low stances, punching, kicking ect.
I am currently taking a flax seed pill in the morning along with a chromium pill and a multivitamin. Before my workouts for kung fu or soccer i take Creatine... after i take creatine and Glutamine .. and then some glutamine right before bed on soccer or kung fu days, also I have a protien shake after the kung fu work out every Tues and Thurs (the first hour of kung fu is Pushups, stretching and conditioning)
Can someone please suggest some wieght work outs i can do on my off days to help me get bigger and more muscular... also am I taking the supplements at the right times and during the right days!

Ok I just finished signing up for the training program! I am really looking foward to it, i start next week.
It automatically has me setup for mondays and thursdays (do wieghts twice a week, kung fu 2-3 times a week and a soccer game once a week (sound good?)) I was wondering does the program need me to input the information on those days.. or could i do the chest, shoulders, triceps workout on monday and do the legs workout on Friday instead of thursday ? Or does the program need the information inputed on that day ? I dont think i can do wieghts and kung fu on the same day man...
Now that is taken care of, what do you think of my supplementing ?
