How does Sodium affect your diet? I've been getting close to my daily grams of p/c/f, but noticed that the sodium is very high. Does this have a negative affect on my diet or should I really just pay attention to the p/c/f counts?
I thought sodium was basically salt. Which is in cabbage, pork etc... etc... I would say to anyone ensure you don't use table salt and steer away from canned and frozen veg and you wont need to think about it much.
I believe too much is not good for the heart basically.
