Hey guys.. can i just tell you something. I hear a lot of you talking about wanting bigger chests and arms, etc. A word of advice... PLEASE don't neglect your legs!!! I see SO many guys that look great in their upper part of their body but they have the skinniest and awkward legs. I think a nice balance looks best but that's just my opinion!!

That was my case exactly.. when I 1st started out. But now my legs are one of my best if not the best bodypart!.. I think it truly takes someone who is really serious about lifting to develop legs. It seperates the chumps from the rest of us..

ya that's an excellent point. girls don't only look at those arms, work on the legs. and don't forget those abs and chest either!

And then some. Unfortunately alot of people concentrate sooooooo hard on getting "BIG" that they forget about quality and symmetry. I would rather have a smaller buitlt symmetrical man than a huge out of proportion man.

also...in every sport its legs...so if you have strong legs then your set...Like in soccor the guys have huge legs... or in Olyimpics there legs are massive...so i think legs are very important in any sport.

you're absolutely right... i totally agree! i'm glad you mentioned soccer... its such a great sport... at least i think so ;)
