My cure for a crunchy food craving - wasa crisp spread with laughing cow lite cheese.

Sweets cravings - crystal lite, sugar-free pudding, strawberries, grapefruit..gum

salty cravings - olives!!!!!

Oh, and here is a great tasting salad i had with my lunch:

2 cups mixed greens
1/2 grapefruit, sectioned
1/2 small avocado, cubed
red onion, siced thinly
1 tbsp newmans olive oil and vinegar dressing (the best on anything!!!!)

had that with 3 oz lean ground beef on the side, with a little Atkin's ketchup (not bad, I must say!)

Ohmygosh,
I heated two spoonfuls of naturl peanut butter in the microwave and then mixed them into some sugr-free, fat-free chocolate pudding:big_smile::big_smile::love::big_smile::love::big_smile::love::big_smile::love::big_smile::love:
So, it is cold and I am feeling like eating everything in the house. Going to have a giant dill pickle now....

Another chocolate fix - mix one TBSP cocoa powder and 2 TBSp splenda into a giant cup of dark roast coffee.
I am in heaven:love::love::love:
