Protein -163 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable

Carbohydrates -408 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable

Fats -31 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable

Total Calories -2533 .. calculated maximum, do not exceed for current goal

1. I have no idea what all these mean so need so help on what foods to have to get the protein and also ...which foods give 31g(uh a lil too less?) of fats?

2. Is this for only 1 meal or the whole day?

3. I appreciate any help.

These figures are for the entire day. You will more than likely be able to reach the fat grams without any difficulty. Get the protien from lean meats, suppliments, nuts ect. As far as the protien shake goes, I have read on here to drink half of it directly after you lift weights, and then sip the other half over about 30 minutes time. Hope this helps!

one more thing..since the chart is for the entire day...thats means if i eat 3 times a day i'll just have to divide the numbers huh?

e.g 163/3=54 protein per meal?
