Okay so I have started into my program but it seems to be kicking my butt. I went from eating 2 times a day to eating 6 times a day but on strict portioning. I seem to be actually forcing myself to eat as I am not really hungry. Is this normal? Should I cut my portions down? Should I skip or cut back on the amount of meals I am getting. My goal is to lose weight and pick up some muscle.FYI I am 6 ft 2 in. and at 245. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys here is what I have been shooting for Protein -250 g Carbohydrates -625 g Fats - 47 g Total Calories -2885 Do these seem right. I am 250 and 74 inches. I am also working with freeweights only until I can find a decent cardio program. Thanks again.
