Okay so I have started into my program but it seems to be kicking my butt. I went from eating 2 times a day to eating 6 times a day but on strict portioning. I seem to be actually forcing myself to eat as I am not really hungry. Is this normal? Should I cut my portions down? Should I skip or cut back on the amount of meals I am getting. My goal is to lose weight and pick up some muscle.FYI I am 6 ft 2 in. and at 245. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

The point is to eat so you don't get hungry, not wait till you're hungry to eat.

Thanks guys here is what I have been shooting for
Protein -250 g
Carbohydrates -625 g
Fats - 47 g
Total Calories -2885
Do these seem right. I am 250 and 74 inches. I am also working with freeweights only until I can find a decent cardio program. Thanks again.
