Three years into serious weight and fitness training I have accomplished many muscular gains, including a 455 pound bench press. My calves, however, are one half inch larger than they were when I started. What can I do? I have tried everything I have read, tried everyone's advice, went extremely heavy to more reps, worked them two to three times a week, everything! Is there anything you can tell me that may help me? My forearms are even bigger than my calves! (They looks ridiculous actually)
