I think some of you are working to hard. I know that i work and am disapointed at times. Take it slow you will not miss thing. Some say HARD and FAST is the way but I have learned the Hard way it is not. YOu will end up hurting your self more then it will pain you to take it slow. Slow and constent is best.

Hard and Intense is the way to workout. And have proper rest to heal and grow. Any other way just won't make you grow.

Hard and intense is good, but under control. Lift your weights in good form. If the weight is sooo hard that you can't control the movement then you are not gaining but could injure yourself.
But challenge yourself. That's what I fell into a trap of not using enough weight and I wasn't making any gains.

Slow and easy is a good way to make love (But hard and intense is sometimes best there too!) but I'm building muscle and the body don't just give that up without a struggle! Haven't you heard the wisdoms? INTENSITY BUILDS DENSITY. NO PAIN NO GAIN! TRAIN HEAVY OR STAY HOME! THAT WHICH DOES NOT KILL (or maim) US MAKES US STRONGER! ARRRRRGHH!....thing is I think those who train hard really love it and it reflects a gusto and fever for life. A friend once asked why I always take the hardest path. I answered "Why do you assume I see two paths?"

I completely agree with you bellas.....I believe you also compromise with your growth if you take it too fast and too hard

No pain no gain is what I say. Eveyone has their different training stratagies, stick to what works for you. -sweeny
