Was just wondering how to work out if im having enough protein and carbs in the day?? too much too little etc.. what is the right amount for both?? and whats the best way to pop my lower chest out... im gettin good definition in the top of my chest, lower aint comin out at all.. i dnt do decline..
To pop out your lower chest I think you should do muscle building exercices (AKA:Isolation - Exercices that require only 1 joint movement)
Example: Cable Flys
And do Barbell Bench Press Flat/Decline/Incline and also mix it up by using dumbells instead. Decline's work the lower chest the best. Aim at getting 6-10 reps each set.
